Simple fat loss question no links please :)?

hey just another quick question if someone can help. I really do like building muscle, but i hate looking at my fat, so i started just doing pure cardio running, bike, crosstrainer around 40 - 1 hour a day for 4 - 5 days a week. i eat fruit and veg and meat and lots of water, around 1200 cals a day...


Would it be better to add weight training in there? or would i see more fat loss doing just cardio?

definately want to add a full body strength work out and add more protein to your diet
