Me and this guy has been talking for over a year now. In february, we made it official that we are a couple. Things were going soo good. He was soo sweet, always doing nice things and it seemed as if i had him smitten. One day, i had went on twitter & saw that he had been tlkig to one of his exes. I was furiated. i confronted him about it and we got thru the situation. So, this weekend, i went on twitter and saw that he was talking to her again. So when i confront him about it, he basically says "its not like im having sex with her or going to see her" but my thing is, if u know u have a girlfriend why are u talking to another girl. He acts as if im just suppose to be okay with that. Plus lately he's been acting different too. He always used to say sweet things to me, now its just a dull conversation. no "babys", "i love yous" nothing. what should i do cuz i really wanna be with him but im not about to deal with no other girls, especially if i dont have to. HELP!!

Relationships should be built on trust, and if you can't trust him with other girls then maybe you shouldn't be with him. Plus boys are allowed to have female friends, do you not have male friends? Your relationship obviously isn't working anymore so maybe you should end it. This may sound rather harsh but you have to trust each other, if you can't do that then there is no point. I could understand your anguish if he had done something with her or even flirted with her but by the sounds of it, he was just talking. Questions for people who have been to/live in Europe?

I was going to visit Rome, Italy in four weeks and wanted to know what to expect, would I get a lot of bad stares or smiles? Would people look down on me? At the end of the four weeks I was going to take two more trips, one to India and one to France. Would I need to bring any certain type of clothing or necessities? And finally I was going to study in Finland. I've heard that people of both Poland and Finland aren't very tolerant of newcomers or people who look black. I was raised in the UK for eleven years and I'm Palestinian and Panamanian, so how would they treat me knowing that? Thanks for the help.

Hi,

Regarding the special things to pack for your trip, I would advise to but a converter for electricity plugs as in Europe these are completely different than in USA (you can buy these is shops with travelling equipment or if you forget it should be available on the airports in any newsagent). The rest you can easily buy in Europe.

Once visiting Italy (especially) please remember that you will need a long trousers or skirt (below your knees) and some long sleeves blouse or jumper to be able to enter any church - the rest of Europe is similar but they are very strict regarding that especially in Italy and Vatican.

Your question regarding tolerance… well… I am from Poland so I can speak only for my nation. Polish people ARE tolerant. The truth is that we are seen by the world as racists but this is not true. In smaller cities it is very hard to find non-polish however in bigger cities like Warsaw and Cracow or Wroclaw the amount of non-polish citizens is raising. This is the truth that some people could stare at you (mostly older people or little kids who never seen a black person before) however this doesn’t mean that they are racist or intolerant - they are just curious and looking at someone else is NOT considered rude as it is in UK. We just have different culture :) What I can guarantee you is that once they look at you and you would look back they would feel ashamed and turn their eyes away from you and if you were going o visit any pub or bar they would be all around you trying to meet you and make friends - we are very curious nation with a lot of hospitality.

I will tell you my story to show you how friendly we are… my husband is African black and when we were visiting Poland we decided to take a walk. I haven't seen that some of bad and dangerous guys are approaching us (from a certain tattoos I could see that these were released from prison and at the time they came to us they were drunk). I got scared because I wasn’t sure what they would do… and guess what? They didn’t want to let us go as they were explaining to my husband that they do love black people and that all that mystery and gossips are not true including calling my hubby "our black brother" hugging him and inviting for a party.

The reason why we are told to be rasist or so is that we just don’t have many black people living in Poland. The reasons are various: we never had colonies in Africa (like for example France) so we have no migration from there, we are quite poor country so all immigrants prefer to choose UK or France, our language is one of a kind and difficult to learn so that would be much more complicated to adjust yourself and learn (as many African countries speak English of French - historical reasons) and finally we have been under communism for 50 years and nobody wanted even to step into Poland - we are still recovering from that.

Hi. I am obsessed with a celebrity. I run a fan page on him on facebook and that was the only way he would allow me on his friends list, If i did a fan page on him. I update it every week and he sometimes uses the pics on my fan page of him. I have read that to get out of a plataeu, you have to change what you are doing.

I'm currently 10:10 stone (about 150lbs) and a week ago becan to jog three times a week, with the dance mat for the other days to burn 200 cal.

I used to eat 1200 cal a day and am going to now eat 1400-1700 calories a day (1400 for when I only go on the dance mat and 1700 for when I jog and dance mat). I haven't noticed any weight loss from excercising so far, but am hoping that if I increase my calories to 1400-1700, it will start again.

Also, I read that you should vary your diet. How would this work? One site suggested to eat a high amount of calories for one week and a small amount for another. Another suggested to do the same but for every other day instead of every other week.

What are your opinions on all of this?

Ignore whatever that site said about eating a lot one week and eating less another, or on a daily basis. That's all fad nonsense, and will only serve to frustrate you in the end. The human body doesn't have the capability to consider "food debts and credits," so to speak. Just eat smart each day, every day.

I'm glad to see that you understand that you need to increase your food intake with the increased physical activity. So with that, give yourself a few weeks. You're trying to keep your body from getting too used to a particular routine (hence, the plateau), so it'll take a little time for it to readjust again. While you may not see a sudden drop in the first week, you may start to notice some additional progress in about 2-3 weeks.

No way as his talent would be utilized by a couple of rich families for entertainment and after he was considered finished with that he'd be put to work (hard labour). If he could not perform then he would basically starve or be sent to a farm to live and work.

I am 16 years old and going to Italy next week. I will be there from mid-February till the end of the month. I've looked at the forecasts and its supposed to be cold, but I am unfamiliar with the teenage styles over there. I am from California and it isn't very cold right now so I don't know if I should buy anything. I have a few pairs of boots and maybe a heavy jacket (nothing really waterproof though). if it's like little red dots that itch a bit, but aren't really bad, it's likely to be a heat rash. you get that if you've been in the sun a lot [it's not the same as a burn], and you've had a lot of hot weather. drink water and put soothing cream on it, e. g. the kind you get for 'after-sun' exposure. like aloe vera creams, cooling gels, etc. they should go away naturally within a week. don't scrub it or anything, that will make it worse and more irritated.

hey just another quick question if someone can help. I really do like building muscle, but i hate looking at my fat, so i started just doing pure cardio running, bike, crosstrainer around 40 - 1 hour a day for 4 - 5 days a week. i eat fruit and veg and meat and lots of water, around 1200 cals a day...

Would it be better to add weight training in there? or would i see more fat loss doing just cardio?

I thought that I was eating a normal amount, but my friends sometimes complain that I don't eat enough so I decided to calculate exactly how many calories I eat. I counted absolutely everything, including condiments, drinks, etc. Apparently today I ate about 600 calories, and I did it for about the past week and that isn't unusual. Sometimes I eat a lot more, but always under 1000, and 600 is pretty common. This started when I got to college (not very good food, so I just eat a lot of salad and fruit)

I know that I'm supposed to be eating 1200 calories or whatever, but honestly I'm full after eating the amount that I do. When I first got here I lost a decent amount of weight, but I've stopped losing weight now. So my question is:
A: Is this okay? I eat some protein and carbs, just not in large quantities. Lots of veggies and fruit and sometimes peanut butter
B: If I start eating more, will I gain weight? I'm 5'7 and 150 lbs right now, and my weight loss has slowed dramatically, possibly even stopped. I'd like to get down to about 120, or whatever a 25 inch waist is for me (42-30-39 measurements right now)

Yes, very unhealthy.

A. No, it isn't ok. You need to be filling your body with proper food, not just fruit and salads.
Something like a peanut butter sandwich in wholemeal bread is much better than just having some fruit for lunch. You can still have a salad, have it as a side portion.

You're "full" after eating so little because your body has got used to it, it is used to be starved, so now you don't realise.

Over time, maybe this year, possibly next year, if you continue to eat only 600 calories per day, you will notice your hair begins to fall out or will become very thin, you'll always feel tired, you'll suffer from headaches and aches in your body due to a lack of calcium, you can end up with gum problems which will eventually lead to tooth decay or even loss, you'll struggle to concentrate on things and if your body begins to eat your muscles (and I bet it already is doing) you can end up with heart problems which can kill you.
I don't want to scare you, but eating so little IS dangerous.
1,200 calories is the bare minimum us women need to keep our bodies running, 600 is half of that, very bad.

Speak to your parents, doctor or school nurse, you need a meal plan which is convenient in terms of college and cooking times, but also healthy and nutritious.

i wrote my ex boyfriend, my first and only boyfriend a letter and sent it in the mail yesterday. we were together for a year and we broke up a couple months ago. i ended things with him cause he was changing and treating me pretty badly so i thought breaking up with him would wake him up a little you know? well i did it and then a few days later this huge rumor started that i cheated on him. he was crushed. he cried twice at school and he has refused to talk to me ever since. i never stoppoed loving him and i tried to help the best i could. now i see that he is changing rapidly and his life is spiraling downhill. he used to have above a 4.0 and now he is failing classes. he used to be above the influence and now he gets wasted all the time and he has been getting high a lot. a lot of people have been questioning if his actions are his way of coping with how hurt he is and its him trying to forget me or if its the crowd of people hes been hanging out with. either way, i cant handle watching his life spiral down like this so ive shown the letter to a handful of people, including guys, and they all were either crying or had tears in their eyes. they said it was beautiful and that he needs to read it. im not asking for him back or anything, im just showing how much i care, reminding him of all our little memories, apologizing, thanking him, and wishing him luck for his future and letter him know he deserves someone that makes him happy. should i expect a response? or will he not reply? i sent it in the mail yesterday so he got it today...

Last year I was hit by a speeding driver in Italy whilst driving my husbands car. The driver of the other vehicle immediately ran off even though myself, my husband & our 1yr old daughter were injured. i'm 14, 5'4, and 107 lbs. Despite my low weight, i have excess fat and not alot of muscle from low carb dieting. Although i worked out, it still happened this way, unfortunately. I just want to know, will this correct itself since im young if i start working out regularly and doing strength training? I cant work out right now and i havent been able to for 4 weeks because i have had a digestive problem and its basically drained all my energy, plus now i have a cold. But i heard since im young it should balance itself out eventually with proper diet and exericse. I just really dont wan to be stuck with saggy skin forever. When i stand its not noticeable really, but when i sit it sorta hangs, same with when i lean over or lay on my side

My dog can not tolerate any grain in his diet. Grain free dog biscuits are very expensive and I would like to start making them myself. I have not been able to find a recipe that is truely grain free. No wheat, rice, oat, or corn based flours. I bought potato flour, but I don't know what type of substitutions to use. Anyone have any suggestions? I have spent the past two weeks perusing home made dog recipe websites, but they always include some form of grain based flour.

I always hate it when someone mentions something that I like, and I get very defensive saying, "well i liked it first" or something like that. Find something that makes you unique. Everyone is different. Nobody is better than anybody. Everyone has their highs and lows in life. find your high, the one that makes you special and stand out from everyone else. maybe find a new hobby or something

I went off the diet and started eating normal, and healthy foods, with A LOT of water and tons of fruits. I'm able to keep off the weight I've lost for ~6 years now. At summer camp, I've also went on a cereal-salad-and-skim milk "diet". For breakfast, I would only eat grain cereal with skim milk and drink another glass. For lunch and dinner each day, I had only a salad and two glasses of skim milk per meal. Camp was only 5 days, but I lost a considerable amount of weight for my father to notice my weight loss. xD

Currently, I've been exercising on my "air-stepper" at home, and I get on it for 15 minutes each day to get my cardio workout. I take my pulse at 5 min. intervals for 15 minutes to see if I'm improving. ^_^ Then, I get on my Total Gym and start working on my arms and legs (pulling, pushing, etc.). To tone my abs, I do 200 crunches (I lay on my Total Gym at an incline, so it's VERY easy and no back strain!); they are much easier than sit-ups. ^_^ Lastly, I do 100 of those "standing-up" crunches. The lay down crunches and the standing up crunches that I do gave me the flat stomach I have now. ^____^ Very happy with the results. You can do as many as your body can tolerate for ONE day and feel your stomach flatter immediately afterwards (at least for me)! It's incredible!

If you do not have gym equipment, just jumping around and running place for 15-30 minutes will get you your cardio workout. Eat yogurt, fruits, and other health foods. Drink tons of water and your daily dosage of milk. ^_^

South Beach is amazing - if you have the ability to stick with it. You really have to cut out all carbs and all sugars. If you like veggies and meat, you might be able to stick with South Beach. When I was on it, I did lose a bunch of weight, especially in my stomach, without even thinking about it. Then I got tired of eating chicken for just about every meal (I don't like fish, which is a problem with South Beach), and lost my motivation.

I walk 30 minutes daily, and take hour-long classes at my gym 2-3 days a week. I also coach my kids' soccer team and run with them at practice.

We're moving house this summer, (I'm 13) and I have WAY too much stuff collected over the years, some of it is really stupid, like glass cherries from Italy and a broken music box. But I have this weird... attachment to my belongings. I also have about 10 teddies that I haven't touched in years, but I just can't seem to let them go. I feel very childish for not giving my stuff away. I always think about how lonely and sad my things would feel if I donated them to children who would get them dirty (It's extremely stupid, I know).
Should I give my items away? Right now all the things in my room could fill up about 6 big boxes but I only want to take maximum 2 medium boxes away with me.

~Just so you know what type of things are in my room:~
-teddybears-I mentioned this - about 2 whole drawers of beautiful dolls from when I was younger that I still sometimes take out and look at
-massive piles of books that I've only read once or twice at the most
-tons of notebooks that I don't need
-overflowing drawers of stationery
-my art supplies that are brand new and i use a lot
-too many clothes that I've either grown out physically or emotionally
-old schoolwork that I can't learn from anymore
-candles, McDonald's free toys, cheap jewelry and a bunch of other little nic-nacs that I can't be categorized.
I am generally a very unorganized person and I think that comes from my room being too full.

There's nothing I love better than trawling through shops looking for second hand things to buy :) and the fact the belonged to someone else and that someone else loved them at some point makes me EVEN more likely to take care of it.

It really depends what you want...

If you want SEO improvement, you need to do a lot! Backlinks to keyword rich (2-7%) pages on YOUR website is one thing that must be in place. There is so much competition that a simple backlink done via an affiliate link won't do anything for SEO... certainly not in the weight loss niche, which is one of the most competitive on the planet right now.

Just a touch of advise too. If you want a long term business you need to build up a following of customers that love you and trust you. You gain trust by over delivering.

Broiled Steak with Blue Cheese Dressing

1/4 cup buttermilk
3 tbsp crumbled blue cheese
2 tbsp mayo
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 small garlic clove
2 sandwich steaks, tenderized

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove halved

Put first six ingredients into a blender or food processor and process until smooth and thickened. Set aside. Lightly brush the steaks and onions with the olive oil. If you just want to go to a beach, go to Jesolo. They have sand beaches there. From there you could do a trip to Venice.

That would also assume very light Internet usage. EXTREMELY light.

I am losing weight but i am not on a diet?

I am 52 years old, i have a heart condition, arthritis, am a diabetic, and have a cripling spinal condition. I take approx 40 tablets a day for my conditions. I cannot exersise due to my disabilites. The thing is i am a vegetarian, i dont eat sweets etc but i am overweight. The last few months i have started to lose weight, i am not on a diet, it started to come off at around a few kilo's every month, but now it is at 2-4 kilo's per week. I am heavy at 24 stone, and 6 ft 2 inches high. I know i am fat, but this weight loss is increasing, my clothes are falling off me now, my legs are like pins! the flesh is starting to sag in all the wrong places. The worry is that it is coming off too quick, i am not dieting, i feel terrible with my illnesses anyway, but i now cant sleep, have very high rate of angina, i have no strength, it is worrying me. I have just had a lovelly xmas, ate all the wrong things loads of sweet stuff, cakes, deserts, loads of beer and wine and have now lost a further 6 kilos in the last week, have also picked up a terrible ailment called "shingles" on my back, basically life is worring me now, does anyone have any idea what is going on with me?. I have been to the doctor, but they are only concerned about the hiogh level of angina, they dont see my worry about the rapid weight loss and constant feeling of extreme unwellness(if there is such a word)

ok so i really wanna loose 10-15 lbs, well at least look like ive lost weight, but it gets me so mad when i just stay the same frickin weight no matter what i do!!! i never drink soda or milk really cuz im lactose intolorent, i dont eat potato chips or candy (ok well occationally i have a candy bar), i exersise for 30 min - 45 min about 2 or 3 times a week. my weight is 135 lbs and im 5'6 and 16 years old. i mainly hate my ams and stomach and back. when i grab my stomach i can grab like 2 inches of fat!!!! its gross!!! its also hard for me to exersise a lot cuz i have bad knees, elbows, wrists, ankles, back and hips! i know i sound like a old person but i used to be very hard on myself. i just bought japan rapid weight loss pills online and im thinking maby those could help me out i dont know i just hate myself.

I know you probably feel really self conscious but your weight is totally healthy! The exercise you do is probably adding muscle which is why the numbers on the scale aren't going down. You really don't have to lose weight though; you sound perfect! Weight loss pills are not the way to go. In fact, if you are at a healthy weight, it is not a good idea to try to lose weight as a teenager. You have plenty of time to do that as an adult. You're still growing, and a growing teenager should be eating between 2200 and 2500 calories a day. Try buying a pilates tape or taking a class. It'll help you firm up and make your muscles nice and lean (though it may not necessarily bring the numbers on the scale down, you will look better).

actually the catholic church started in Israel.. but Catholics believe peter was the first pope soo he founded a church in Rome and it's considered holy for us catholic.. because the tomb of the first pope is over there.. also the Pope was saved in Rome because in Israel during middle ages.. arabs dominated and invansions of different empires.. the crusaders tried to recovery the Land but they couldn't.. we know many bishops of the orthodox churches are in jerusalem, jordan, ect.. they represent each apostle.. also we have a leader in the Holy Land.

I live in the worst neighborhood in Washington. If you wear Baby Phat you're rich. If you don't like rap, you're a freak. There are fights all the time. All the plus-sized girls have boyfriends (nothing against plus-sized girls but it's uncommon you know?). And a lot of people smoke drugs and cuss a lot. It's horrible. But I try not to be like that. I'm more of a Seven jeans, Juicy Couture hoody, Coach heels type person. I listen to only 5% of rap. I'm more of a pop princess (Britney Spears, Lady Gaga, Aqua, ABBA, etc.). I'm not plus-sized. I'm just chubby. I'm size 6. Today I said private school wouldn't be so bad and everyone glared at me. I get it. Never say that again. I would never do drugs. When people ask me why drugs are bad. I say because they hurt your lungs. The worst word I ever use is crap. I want to get out as soon as possible so does my best friend. How can I survive for my high school years without giving in or changing myself? Any advice?

are are solid, and he's slowly making his way up to be a real good rapper, he is progressing and he has a good rapping voice. But most of his songs are depressing...

B. o.B and his most recent album The adventures of bobby ray is Really good,, his song ideas real good and reall life, and so true. and his ability to change his voice is awesome.

Drake - he's good and has good metaphors, and all his songs make sense, but i feel his voice gets really annoying, and for example I'm going in and Right above it, drake i feel rruins the songs because of his tone
